Can you explain the order process in more detail?
1. Browse through the variety of services and products on offer.
2. Choose from a variety of options for each product or service including Design & Print, Design Only, Print Only, Quantities, Paper Types etc.
3. Add the items to your cart.
4. Once you have finished shopping you can pay securely online using Credit, Debit cards or Paypal.
5. You will then be presented with a CREATIVE BRIEF form where you can send any detailed information on your requirements.
6. You will then be presented with the opportunity to Upload any files you want to send us.
7. You will receive a confirmation email by an AMX representative who will be your main point of contact.
8.We will start your project and provide proofs and confer with you as your project progresses.
9. Once you are happy with your project proofs, you will have the opportunity to sign them off.
10. We will print your project if required and/or send you the final production files via email and/or deliver the finished article and print work to your door. We will also store your files so that you can easily re-order and have other design work done at a later date if you so wish.

Can you provide an order example?
You have just started a business and require flyers but don't yet have a logo. Simply browse to the GRAPHIC DESIGN section, select the logo design package that best suits your needs, and add it to your cart. Next, browse to the SALES & MARKETING DESIGN & PRINT section and select the type of flyers you require, selecting the DESIGN & PRINT option, the paper type, and quantity you require and add it to your cart. Now, pay for your purchase. After paying you will be presented with a CREATIVE BRIEF form to fill in, where you can provide us with more information on the type of logo you are looking for and what content you would like on your flyer. After submitting the CREATIVE BRIEF you can then upload any pictures, text etc. you would like included in your projects and we will do the rest!

Do you deliver design & print work to outside of the UK?
Yes, however our online prices only reflect prices to delivery address's in the UK. For delivery costs to the EU and the rest of the world, please contact us.

Can I get a credit account?
Yes, but our offline prices are higher than our online prices, to take advantage of our low online prices you must order and pay online. To request a credit account, please contact us

What printing methods do you use?
As a standard rule of thumb for quantities below x250-500 units we use digital printing and for quantities above this we use litho printing.

Is the quality of your digital print work comparable with litho printing?
Yes, we use state of the art digital printing presses for unparalleled print quality.

What software applications and formats do you accept?
We accept most software formats and the cost or preparing your file ready for print is included. In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem with the format of your files, or the resolution of images provided etc. we will contact you.

Can I pay additional project payments online?
Yes, Click Here and enter the ref. no. and amount you were provided in the email you received.

Do you accept orders and credit cards over the phone?
Yes, please contact us at one of the phone numbers on the contacts page.

I need to fill in a Creative Brief for a project but have lost the link?
Please contact your AMX representative.

At what resolution do I need to provide artwork/images?
Ideally at 300dpi at 1:1 scale for the best quality, but we can accept less. If we find a problem with your files we will contact you to try and resolve the issue.

Is copy writing included in your design costs?
No, you will be expected to provide all copy and text needed for your project. We can supply copy writing services for an extra cost.

How fast will I receive my project?
Please consult our turnaround times for our current average combined turn around time. Smaller projects can be delivered more quickly than larger more complex ones. If you have ordered a number of different items at the same time we will endeavor to deliver all items together. Your AMX contact will provide you with a more accurate time frame for project completion.

Are my projects likely to be completed in the included amount of project time I'm paying for?
Yes, our prices our fixed and in the majority of cases we can complete the work in the time allotted. Changes to projects after proofs have been signed off, or requests for work out with the included package would incur extra costs. An AMX representative would contact you should there be an issue and would let you know any additional costs before the work was undertaken.

Can you start work on a project before I have supplied all of the information or files you need?
No, In order to start your project we must be in possession of everything we need to complete your project, as such you must provide any copy/text images etc. at the time of ordering.

I cant see exactly what I require, can you provide a bespoke quotation?

Are your designers qualified?
Yes, our designers are qualified to degree level in an appropriate field.
